Brooklyn Speed and Power is a non-profit (501c3) organization and Brooklyn's premier destination for youth sports performance training. We specialize in developing speed, power, agility, and overall athleticism in athletes aged 7—18.

Our programs are led by Olympian Richard James and a team of experienced coaches who provide tailored, science-informed training designed to help reduce risk of injury and develop every athlete to their full potential, regardless of their starting point.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risk of injury. Brooklyn Speed & Power follows industry-standard safety protocols, but cannot guarantee injury-free outcomes.
